Today Joey is 18 months and we celebrated it with a BANG! Last night while we were watching TV we heard a loud crash. Keith looked outside from our window in the dining room. Everything seemed fine. The winds weren't even blowing, so we figured maybe we were hearing Levi upstairs making some noise. Later that night Keith went to let Levi outside and yelled for me! I came running outside and was surprised with huge branches. Apparently, the wind had knocked some branches into our backyard . . . only the branch kept going . . . and it wasn't windy! One of our trees had fallen! We are very grateful that no one or nothing was hurt. It was a very huge tree, at least 60 fret tall! If it had been just a few yards closer to the house it would have caused major damage to the house. Whew! Praise God!
Joey's doctor's appointment went great and by medical opinion, he is "perfect." This appointment was by far the best appointment ever! He got no shots and the usual nurse wasn't there. Don't' get me wrong, we love the nurse but she always gives him shots. Can you believe he's 18 months? His next appointment is when he turns two years . . . right about the same time this baby will be here! I had a small panic attack realizing how quick the baby was coming and nothing is ready!
