Today is Joey's SECOND birthday!!! I can't believe it! Wasn't it just yesterday that we first brought him home from the hospital . . . and now we just brought home his baby sister? Joey is such an amazing child! Keith and I both love him with all of our hearts and we count our blessings everyday. We truly have been blessed with such wonderful kiddos!
We took Joey to Toys R Us today to pick out some toys. He ended up getting several toys. Now, we've got to figure out what we're getting him for his b-day party coming up this Saturday. We're thinking of getting him a trampoline, but they didn't have it today at the store. It's a small trampoline with a bar for him to hold onto while he jumps. I think he'd love it . . . especially since in a few months Clarissa will be using Joey's old bouncer that he loved so much. They'll be able to jump together.
Speaking of Clarissa . . . she is doing wonderfully! She is back up to her birth weight. We hear that's really great. Apparently, it can take up to two weeks to reach their birth weight sometimes. I've got to look through Joey's records and see when he reached his. Gosh, I still can't believe my baby boy is TWO! It's official, he's in the "terrible two's!"
Other than my babies turning two and getting chunky nothing new is happening. I think Raytheon is wanting Keith to start traveling again in January. I'm definitely not ready for that! I knew it would happen sooner or later, though.
