Clarissa and I usually have some one-on-one time while Joey naps a little later or is at school. I really enjoy these times. I just feel with your second (or third and beyond) it's hard to give them enough attention . . . even with your first when you have another.
Joey and I had a Mommy Date the other night. Nothing special, just hanging with my buddy. He really enjoyed it and came home excited that we left both Daddy and sister.
