18 Months

Yesterday Clarissa turned 18 months! What's crazy about that is it's about the time I started this blog with Joey when he was 18 months. Click HERE to read his 18 month post. Clarissa's appointment went really well. Hmmm, let me rephrase that. She did as well as could be expected with needles, doctors, and nurses surrounding her. (She had her fifteen month shots today) She's still in the lower percentiles for her weight and height, but the doctor once again reassured me that she's well and healthy. She is just going to have my frame, small and petite. So, Clarissa, I apologize in advance if you had your hopes set high to be a model or flight attendant. I doubt you'll ever reach 5'8" with or without heels. I guess you'll just have to settle on being a doctor. That reminds me; Joey decided today he would like to be a doctor. We asked him what he'd like to be when he is an adult and he decided a doctor for the money. Oh man . . . my son and money. He loves the jingle in his step when he has change in his pocket.

Today we had an amazing day. Keith was off work and we enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Keith seriously is the best husband and father. He made us all breakfast this morning and watched the kids so I could go to the gym. We spent the whole day together just playing outside and eating ice cream. I love days like this! I love spending time with the family. Thanks, Keith, for being so wonderful. I love you.
