8 Years

Today is our eight year wedding anniversary! We didn't really do anything special or exciting, but with kids and work we weren't able to do anything too fancy. Keith, Clarissa, and I ate lunch together while Joey was in school, (shhh, don't tell Joey) and we did have a nice family dinner together. We had horrible service, though, and I left a little upset. On the way home we got a beautiful surprise. I wish I would have had my camera with me! The lake by our house was incredibly calm and we saw four deer off the shoreline. It was amazing! I made Keith hurry home and grab my camera in hopes they might still be there, but (of course) they were gone. So, no beautiful picture of deer . . . just two beautiful kids.
