Be True to your School

Alright, alright . . . I have a 20 page paper due tomorrow evening which I haven't really started, yet. This semester has already been kind of crazy and I think I'm going insane. I can't seem to get my focus (which I really need right now) so I figured maybe updating the blog a bit will help me. Hopefully, it'll just take a little bit of updating to get me headed in the right direction. Unless . . . is someone willing to write a 20 page paper, single-spaced concerning Windows 7 operating system and networking technology. Ugh . . . pray for me.

Onto September . . .

The kids started school. Joey started kindergarten and Clarissa is in her second year of preschool. Joey decided he wants to grow up even faster than he really is and rides the bus. In the beginning, I was heartbroken, now it's so much more convenient. He loves the bus and enjoys the friendships he's making with the other kids he wouldn't normally know.

Here's Joey and his teacher Mrs. Hills and Joey and his best bud taken the day before school started:

Here's the kids and the preschool teachers . . . I'm not sure what Clarissa was doing.

Here they are on their first day of school:

A little bit of trivia for you: some residents still hadn't gotten their power back on by the time school started and the schools were allowing families to take showers there. Luckily, we got our power back from Irene a few days before school started and smelled like flowers.
