I know, I know . . . I haven't been on top of the blog lately. Keith gets off two weeks for Christmas time, so it's just hard to tear myself away when we're all together, having fun. I'll do a full update and such later. For now, here are a few stories:
#1
Clarissa has started to stay, "Elijah." It's so funny with the differences between Joey & CJ. Joey said Levi's name first and called EVERY animal, "Levi." CJ calls every animal "Elijah." At thirteen months, we headed into Boston with Joey and he saw some horse drawn carriages, and yelled, "Levi!" So cute. CJ calls Levi, "Elijah."
#2
CJ is the biggest girly-girl. She loves brushing her hair, holding purses, playing with dolls . . . but one of the funniest (and sometimes annoying) things she does is brush her hair with her toothbrush.
#3
For a while CJ has said "down." Once she says it, she wants to get down and walk. At Christmas Eve service, it was a hassle! She just kept saying "down, down, down!"
#4
We were in Framingham the other day during dinner time. Keith asked what we wanted for dinner and no one answered. So, I asked the kids what they wanted, and no one answered. Keith told Clarissa that we would go anywhere and eat whatever she wanted if she just told us. Joey pipes in, "Oh, Clarissa wants candy . . . right?"
#5
Me: Joey, what's your name?
Joey: Joey Truman
Me: How old are you?
Joey: Three
Me: And how old is sister?
Joey: One . . . UNO!
How do they just know these things?
#6
Keith told Joey to "hop" into the truck the other day . . . and we look down at Joey, hopping. He couldn't hop high enough to get in there.
