Long week

What a week! There was a bug happening at our house. Monday evening Keith started feeling sick and by nightfall I had it. Keith ended up going to work Tuesday only to come home early. So, let's recap:

Sick: 2
Healthy: 2

Total: 4

Wednesday morning we seemed to have broken the curse of the evil bug. During the day, however, Joey got a bit sick and by Thursday morning CJ had it full force.

Sick: 2
Healthy: 2

Total: 4

Friday, Keith ended up coming home early. Looks like he caught it, again.

Sick: 3
Healthy: 1

Total: 4

Saturday, Levi got it. However, it looks like (Thank God) CJ is at the tail end and Joey is fine. Final tally:

Sick: 3
Healthy: 2

Total: 5

Other than the "sickies" in my house the week was okay. We watched way too much TV. Did you know that the new episodes of Sesame Street don't always have Cookie Monster, The Count, or Oscar? Hmmmm, come to think of it - I don't remember seeing Big Bird!

Before I forget, let me give you and update on Debbie. Debbie and Tutu headed out to Arizona for the Mayo Clinic Sunday. Monday started their long days of tests. Quickly, the doctors found that for the the tests she would need to stay until next Wednesday. That's one week longer than expected. They've found another hole in her heart and hopefully will fix that before they leave back to Amarillo. It looks like the doctors are hopeful it is not M.S. Let's pray! The hole seems to be the source of the problems, so just keep Debbie in your prayers!

Speaking of prayers - our nephews and nieces started school this Monday. How did summer end so quickly? Pray that their nerves be calm and that the school year be a great one for them.
