At the mall the other day Joey was wanting to push the elevator button in one of the stores. We weren't really passing by it, so we told him it was broken. (I know, I know - we lied) Well, we told him, "That stinks! The elevator is broken." He then proceeded to tell us that the elevator was stinky. It took us a little while to understand what he meant.

We went to McDonald's with the some friends last week to play on the equipment and the toys they're selling are from the new Madagascar movie. When we passed the cutout of all the animals I was asking Joey what they were. I pointed to the giraffe, and he told me it was a giraffe. I pointed to the lion, and he told me it was a lion. I pointed to the monkey, and he told me it was a "chewbacca." Can you tell he's a Star Wars fan? His new favorite thing to do is call everyone "Jabba the Hut." I don't like it so much.

Clarissa likes it that she wakes up before Joey. Right now, as we speak she's downstairs (with Keith) playing with ALL of Joey's toys. She's got on one of his glow-in-the dark sticks as a necklace and is pushing around his race car.

Clarissa is such a girly-girl. It's great! Anytime Keith plays with her and gets her so excited she screams "like a girl." ADORABLE!

Keith and I were discussing this the other day; when I was in labor with Joey, Keith dropped me off at the front door of the hospital while he went to go park. What he didn't realize was that the main doors closed at 8:00 and by the time I waddled myself to the door, he was gone! I had to hike up a hill while having contractions.
