End of 1st Grade :(

6/21/13:

Here we are celebrating the end of Joey's first grade year.  It's amazing to see the difference in kindergarten and first grade.  First grade was actually a tough year.  This was his first year as a full-day student.  It was a little tough for the first couple of months.  He also learned how to read this year, and . . . ugh, it just makes me so sad that he's so big!

 After we had his party, we had his gymnastics meet.

Joey & his coach Mr. Matt.  Joey decided after four years to not continue with gymnastics.  I can't lie, I'm thrilled.  Gymnastics was just soooo long and such a commitment.
