First Pinewood Derby Race

1/26/13:

Joey had his first Pinewood Derby Race with his Cub Scout Pack.  They have races for the dads, moms, and siblings as well as the scouts so Keith and Clarissa also participated. 

 Clarissa's car was a hot dog.

 Keith's car was a trans am.

 Joey's was designed for speed and the only theme we had was Transformers.

 Joey and his good buddy Elliott before the races started.  Poor Joey was getting a little nervous since he didn't know what to expect.

After the races, he was totally chill and relaxed enough to eat some pizza.

After all was said and done, Joey came in first and Clarissa came in second.  We actually have our next Pinewood Derby Race this coming weekend.  We hope to repeat history!
